What types of vehicles do you work on?
Our technicians are specially trained to work on Audi, BMW, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Mini Cooper, Porsche, Volkswagen and Volvo vehicles.
Why is it important to take my European vehicle to a specialist?
European vehicles are engineered and built with a drastically different mindset and design philosophy than Domestic or Asian vehicles. This can be from how the electrical systems operate and are diagnosed all the way to how the AC and cooling systems are designed. Unique knowledge and vehicle specific special tools are often needed to service these vehicles. Our technicians at Precision European Auto Repair are factory trained and well versed in all of your vehicle’s systems.
What quality of parts are used in the repair and maintenance of my vehicle?
At Precision European Auto Repair we take the reliability and safety of your vehicle seriously. The parts that we use come from the same manufacturers of the original equipment on your vehicle. We take pride in our parts knowledge and only use manufacturers that we are sure of to keep your vehicle safely on the road.
How can I be sure about the repair recommendations being made on my vehicle?
We want you to have full confidence that the work being done to your vehicle is actually needed and that your money is being well spent. We use digital vehicle inspections and reports to give you photo/ video evidence of the issues that are found on your vehicle.
Additionally our shop is kept clean and without trip hazards so that at any time we can show you the problem areas on your vehicle and explain exactly why items require attention.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
2 years and/or 24k miles in almost all cases.
What do you recommend when buying a used European vehicle?
Buying a used vehicle can be a daunting task. We offer a pre-purchase (or a post purchase) inspection. This inspection includes road testing and noting for issues, inspections of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, scanning the vehicle for any stored faults and of the emissions monitor system and recommendations for any issues we find. This is important to make sure that you are not going to have trouble registering the vehicle, and also so you aren’t going to be spending thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs before getting to enjoy your new to you vehicle.
